Patient Survey Results

During May and June of this year Bendigo Radiology Group conducted a survey of our patients. People were asked to evaluate the level of service they received during their visit. The results are now in and we are pleased to announce that all patients were happy with their service and all said that they would return again for any radiology requirements. All patients surveyed also said that they would recommend the service to other people.
Survey results were as follows:
- 89% of patients with CT or Ultrasound appointments were examined on time, those who were not seen at their scheduled appointment time waited an average of 7 minutes before their examination was performed.
- 93% of patients surveyed rated reception staff professionalism as excellent
- 96% of patients said they were made to feel comfortable during their procedure by our technical staff.
- 85 % of patients said they were adequately informed about their procedure by staff.
- 88% of patients surveyed rated our technical staff professionalism as excellent.
- 70% of patients surveyed rated their overall service encounter 9 or more out of a possible ideal 10 points.
