Getting Setup User Guide
For Electronic Report Delivery and Online Access to Patients Studies.
Step.1 Clinic & Doctor Setup with Argus Connect:
Contact Argus Connect on (03) 5335 2221 to have the Doctor setup in the Argus User Directory. For further information on Argus Connect please refer to the Argus website at www.argusconnect.com.au
Step.2 Contact Bendigo Radiology Service Desk:
Once you have confirmation that the Doctor has been setup with Argus you can lodge a service desk support ticket to have Bendigo Radiology download the doctor details from the Argus User Directory.
To lodge a Service Desk ticket select the Sevice Desk link under the referrers section of this site. Once this request has been processed by Bendigo Radiology you will be able to receive electronic copies of reports via EDI.
Step.3 InteleViewer / PACS Account Request:
In order to View Images online using the InteleViewer® Client or via web interface using InteleBrowser® you will be required to sign a patient confidentiality form. This form can be obtained by selecting the InteleViewer Access Forms link on the Referrer Information section of this website. From here you can chose whether to email yourself a copy of the form or download a copy to your PC.
Please sign the Confidentiality form and return it to Bendigo Radiology so we can process your application. The form can be either faxed to (03) 5440 3513 or alternatively scanned and emailed to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
Once the form has been processed we will then create your account and e-mail the details to the nominated e-mail address provided on the form.
Step.4 Download and Install the Inteleviewer software required for viewing online studies.
In order to view images using InteleViewer, the software needs to be downloaded and installed onto your PC. The software can be found by selecting the downloads link located on the Referrer Information section of this website.
Important Note*
Please ensure you select the correct version of Inteleviewer for your Operating System.
If you are installing the software on a PC that is part of company network you may need to contact your relevant I.T Support for assistance as the install process requires administrative access to your PC. Access to images may also be blocked by your Company Firewall.
Once you have installed the software you will be required to enter the Bendigo Radiology Site Link (https://pacs.bendigoradiology.com.au).
