How to upgrade the InteleViewer client Online

This guide covers how to upgrade your InteleViewer software installation to the current stable version 4-1-1-P103.

We recommend that all referring clinics upgrade InteleViewer software to the latest version as there are many new functions and features that are made available with this update and minor bug fixes that had been Identified and corrected from previous versions of the software.

Please note once you have performed the upgrade installation of the InteleViewer client via the online method it is best practice to set upgrade track back to stable so that you are running a supported and tested version of the software other wise you will be prompted to install an upgrade each time InteleRAD release updates which may not have been fully tested by the Bendigo Radiology PACS Administrators.

To change the software track you are required to be logged into the InteleViewer client then simply click the Utilities menu option and select Check for Application Update to open the upgrade track dialog and change the Upgrade Track combo option to read stable and click close to save the setting.
