Support Services

Bendigo Radiology provides support services to all of our referrers at no cost. We have established a Service Desk that is manned from 8:30AM to 5:00PM from Monday thru to Friday to ensure any requests are dealt with in a timely manner.

Additionally, we also offer “out of hours” on-call services in the case of an emergency. The Service Desk can help with a multitude of tasks including but not limited to:

• PACS Account Creations
• Requests for access to Images for non-referred patients
• Emergency Access to patient imaging
• Forgotten Usernames and Passwords
• Electronic result delivery enquires
• Troubleshooting PACS access
• General I.T enquires

There are several methods of contacting the Service Desk depending on the urgency of your issue. Please choose one the options below.

*Please note that the Service Desk at times may be temporarily unmanned due to the nature of the work I.T performs. If you can’t get through please leave a message detailing your name and contact number as this message is recorded and sent via email to the Service Desk Technician who will return your call as soon as possible.
